Yes, someone who has passed can be in your family portrait. Send a photo of them, and photos of everyone else, and we'll bring everyone together in one portrait that you see before you pay.

How does it work?

Choose the memorial portrait or the family portrait, then upload a photo of each person, or send them later. In your notes, tell us who goes where: Mum beside Dad, the grandchildren in front.

We arrange everyone into one layout and show it to you first. When you're happy with the layout, your portrait is made and your preview comes by email.

Which photo of them should I use?

The one that looks most like them to you. A clear view of the face matters more than a perfect picture, and old or faded photos are welcome. If the detail isn't there, we'll tell you before we start.

Can you add angel wings?

Yes, if you'd like them. Choose angel wings when you order, and you'll see them on your preview.

What if it doesn't look like them?

Then it isn't finished. Look at your preview as closely as you need to and tell us what to change, as many times as it takes. With €0 Upfront, nothing is charged for the portrait until you approve it, or until your 7-day review window closes.
